Playboy heads to the PSP

Posted originally on CNN

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Having conquered the iPod, Playboy is setting its sights on the PSP.

Playboy Enterprises will announce plans Wednesday to offer nude and non-nude photo galleries that have been specifically formatted for viewing on Sony's Portable PlayStation.

"We know that many Playboy fans are also gaming enthusiasts who are likely to buy this type of device, so it was a natural progression for us to design this," said John. D. Thomas, editor of Playboy.com, in a statement.

Two non-nude galleries of 15 photos and a 2-3 minute video feature (both featuring 2005's Cyber Girl of the Year Amy Sue Cooper) will be available free on Playboy.com. Only subscribers to the site's "Cyber Club" will have access to the nude shots, which will also be available in two nude galleries and one video.

Playboy has been showing an increased interest in both video games and high tech gadgets lately. In January, the company announced an assortment of galleries that were specifically formatted for digital media players, including Apple's iPod.

And in the October 2004 issue of its magazine, Playboy published a gallery of shots featuring female video game characters either topless or in skimpy outfits. While Playboy (Research) wouldn't give specific sales numbers, spokesperson Lauren Melone told CNN/Money in December the issue was a success and "we'll certainly do another video game pictorial."

While Playboy is the first company to offer nude galleries for the PSP, this won't be the device's first exposure to naked flesh. Within weeks of the PSP's launch, hackers figured out how to use the device as a Web browser. As proof of their success, many quickly began posting screenshots -- with adult Web sites filling the screen.

Sony PSP Adult UMD Video - PSP Porn

Billed as the Hottest and First Mature Rated UMD / PSP adult video in the WORLD! Featuring Two Hours of hot adults only video in the palm of your hand on the PSP… The Virtual lapdances UMD!

The lap dances go from simple grinding and teasing to full on cowgirl sex. All of the scenes are shot in first person perspective to the virtual reality experience.

Unbelievable Breakthrough in PSP

“Virtual Lap Dances #1”, is an interactive, Region 1 UMD that contains full nudity, and features 12 girls performing lap dances in the first-person point of view.

UMDs are the latest in optical storage. Designed for high-speed and efficient delivery of digital content, they were developed by Sony Entertainment and initially are for use only with the Sony PSP. UMDs offer a broad range of digital content, including music videos, movies, sports programs, and most recently, adult entertainment.

Review taken from Amazon.com

Oddly enough, this is an adult PSP video. Noticed I said video, not a game, as that is exactly what this is. It's a very good video with over an hours worth of adult entertainment. It contains 12 girls doing various poses, stripping, as well as a virtual lap dance. What's really odd is that most of the videos come from other adult DVD's that are out. Such DVD titles that are combined with this movie are..

My Virtual MILF

My Virtual Hooker

My Virtual Teen

And other titles, all done by the company called... BOUNCY. Mind you this is not a complete DVD to PSP translation, as it only has just dancing, stripping, and virtual lap dances. To get and understand exactly what the video originally was, you would have to order the DVD titles separately.

Overall this is a great PSP video. The video quality is really good, small, and well designed. There's well over an hour of video shown and the mix of girls is a very good compliment to the whole video. FOR ADULTS ONLY!!!

No Nonsense Review: Lego Star Wars 2 The Original Trilogy PSP

Okay, I fully admit I couldn't figure out that there was a Hub World at the start of the game. But once I had that much figured out. I discovered it to be a rather fun game based upon the original Star Wars films.

Lego and Star Wars great combination.

No Nonsense Review: Smurf Racer PS1

Is basically a Smurf theme Mario Kart clone. That is the best thing I can say about this game, it's really isn't great, nor is it horrible.

Overall Score 4/ 10

No Nonsense Review: Ridge Racer Revolution PS1

Ridge Racer Revolution is where I learned to absolutely love racing games, ok so there is only 3 tracks, plus mirror versions. In addition there are 2 hidden cars. This game really takes skill to play. Super fun.

No Nonsense Review: WWE All Stars PSP

One of the worst wrestling games I ever played. This game puts more on a show than any real action. Worst yet the controls won't let you move when you know your opponent is about to attack, it rather have you showing off than do literally anything.

No Nonsense Review: Arcade's Greatest Hits - The Atari Collection 2 PS1

Another retro game compilation this time featuring Gauntlet, Marble Madness, Paperboy, RoadBlasters, Crystal Castles, and Millipede. To me they are all good, each requiring a good combination of skill and timing. Especially Marble Madness which can get very frustrating.

No Nonsense Review: Sydney 2000 PS1

As far as Olympic themed games go, it's average. Nothing that good or exceptional here. Good for killing time only....if you're bored enough.

No Nonsense Review: Tempest X PS1

A improved version of the original, with eye popping graphics, and power ups. Will worth playing when you want to get lost within a game.
