I was at my favorite retro game store when I spotted Xiaolin Showdown, even the name spawned good memories. I use to watch the series faithfully, I really don't think I ever missed an episode. More so I love the cover art and for the fan of the series, it was wonderful. But what I could not figure out why it was so cheap? I literally paid $2.50 for mine.
When I got home I found out why the game is terrible. Every level is free for all you get 4 on-screen characters meanwhile you only control 1 and all of them are attacking enemies. You literally get in each other's way, and it's literally hard to tell who is the enemy.
Overall score 3/ 10 buy only for the covers.
