I decided after looking around to share what PSP apps I have. This download includes the Comic Book Reader and the SenseMe Channels.

Then place the unzipped folder in the PSP folder on your device
I also have a comic book in that MNB file format Sony used for it's Comic Book Reader. I am unsure if it will work on yours, all you need to do is unzip the folder and place it in the PSP main directory. The same place you find both the music, picture and other folders.

Really I tried copying my LICENSE folder into another PSP to see I could read it there. I am so sorry it wouldn't work for me. But it is something more a memento of what Sony once had available.
