No Nonsense Review: Kingdom of Paradise PSP

In the long debate between Graphics vs. Gameplay in what makes a good game there sits Kingdom of Paradise PSP. Graphically it is one of the looking games on the PSP, but gameplay one of the worse games that I have ever played. The town is laid out so you have to check out every building and everyone just to find out what you are looking for. Controls are horrible, and the actual story is bad. This game has no redeeming value other than having it in your collection.

No Nonsense Review: Pursuit Force Extreme Justice PSP

Shades of GTA, I have actually come across a game that is actually better than some GTA games and frankly, I never heard of it before. The game is called  Pursuit Force Extreme Justice PSP it may seem like a simple Police chase game at first. But not when you really get into it, oh sure you start out in a Police car chasing down criminals. But when you finally get up to it and jump on their car kill them all and use their car to chase down the next set. You got something really different here and quite excellent as well. Really I can not recommend this game enough.

PSP DLC HUGE UPDATE

I got to make something very clear quite a bit of PSP DLC is still available through PSN. It's just the way you have to get it is I admit a bit crazy. First of all, you have to get a PS3 if you don't already own one. Like I said it is crazy but it does work, I know I have done this. Next, go to the PlayStation Store on said PS3. I found their menu quite easy and I was able to find like I said PSP DLC, and as it was when the PSP servers were still Online about half of it is FREE. Including that patch for LittleBigPlanet PSP which I have been told makes the game more playable. Once you downloaded it to the PS3 HDD. Use your USB cable and connect it to your PSP. Then use the menu to copy it over the instructions are simple...but you must be online to do this.

I promise this does work.

Is It Still Possible to Download PSP DLC and Demos from PSN?

Is It Still Possible to Download PSP DLC and Demos from PSN? That has been on my mind ever since PSN shut down the PSP servers. I am happy to tell all my readers yes it is possible. Even though it is a very roundabout way of doing it. You have to do this via a PS3.

Really this all started just after the PSP servers were shut down. I was hoping for some time that it was possible to get the only 2 Download Levels for LittleBigPlanet PSP somewhere online. That answer quickly came out a big fat NO. Not even for the various programs that are supposed to help you install DLC onto a downloaded copy did not help at all.

Then eventually I saw one of the levels "Turbo" on the GameStop site and like a fool I ordered it. All that leads to a code which I entered on my PSN account that allowed me to download it...but only to a PS Vita or PS3. Let me tell you that the Vita option only worked if I had the game installed on it.

Fast forward to today I eventually decided to try out my PS3 and see what PSP content I could get. I saw the "Turbo" level and downloaded it to my PS3. Let me tell you it worked, I was also allowed to download a Little Big Planet theme but the only way to do both have your PSP connected to the PS3 via the PSP USB cable and be Online. It will ask you if you want to deactivate the old account connected to your PSP and it will copy over and it was 100% playable.

The LittleBigPlanet theme was a bonus I was checking out the page and I saw it as soon as I tried to download it. I was told that the PSP had to be connected and in seconds it was there.

So is it possible? Yes you just need a PS3 and a PSP with a USB cable.

WARNING!!!!

If you have any previous PSN downloads on your PSP be warned. If it not exactly the same login info you will be locked out from using those downloads. I discovered this the hard way after discovering I was not locked out from the 6 previous PSN game downloads and all of my DLC.

No Nonsense Review: Hammerin' Hero PSP

To say Hammerin' Hero is unique is almost an understatement. That is why I started this review off with a clip, and you can see why. The game itself is quite fun, a good challenge, and very addictive. Although if you are having problems beating a boss I would say check out YouTube.

But otherwise a Truly Great Game
